Definitely, I think the choice to do politics through the Democratic Party is really shackling us. But even if we're on a certain path, it is possible through great effort — and if there's a will to do something hard — to get on a different path.

Yes I have! I think it's really interesting and I think it validates the idea that the Democratic brand is toxic but progressive ideas can get a hearing even in deep red states if they are not packaged as Democratic. Unfortunately it sounds like Osborne has some anti-immigration positions which is regrettable. But I still think the overall experiment is worth thinking about, and it's not clear how deeply held his immigration positions are.
